Snow Hill in the Age of Covid-19 – Update June 17

Sunday, June 7th, we began in-person worship at our regularly scheduled time, 10:15 a.m. Our new normal includes space to social distance while seated comfortably, masks, hand sanitizer and rubber gloves. We have a team of folks that help disinfect the spaces used during the morning – worship area, restrooms, foyer, door handles and push pads.

We continue to Livestream, our services, on our YouTube Channel Snow Hill TV, for those not yet ready to gather in a larger group or who have been advised by medical professionals to wait longer being around too many people. We also continue to provide short daily devotionals during the weekdays posted here on our website under News or on the Snow Hill Facebook Page. We re extending our Sunday online live Bible Study that begins at 9 a.m. You will find this stream on the Snow Hill Facebook Page. These are recorded and uploaded to our YouTube Channel too. Most weekdays Pastor Todd will give an Evening Check-in with updates, encouragement and more. Jeanene and Ginny post Children’s videos on our Snow Hill Facebook Page too.

We will continue our Food Pantry via Drive-Thru until at least August. Our regular Clothes Closet will remain closed until we move our Pantry inside. Our Monthly Community Meal will be suspended until the day to day number of new cases drops to near zero. Our Free Clinic availability will continue to serve as a Drive-Up Clinic. We will work to keep our Facebook, Instagram account and blog post here on our website with new information. We will work diligently to ensure our regular patients are cared for with a modified delivery system.

You will still find a link on our Homepage to our YouTube Livestream. Our recordings will be maintained on our Snow Hill TV YouTube channel.

We will be praying for you. If you have a specific prayer request email Pastor Todd: pastortodd@snowhill.org.

One way to think about the mission of Jesus - He calls into question the way things are and points to the way things may be in the Kingdom of God.
